We had a minor issue with the room setup, as the toilet was separated from the bathroom, resulting in a small toilet space. the overall cleanliness and spaciousness of the room were excellent. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to Perrache train station and a tram line that stops at many major attractions. The staff at reception were very helpful and spoke good English. The hotel also provided an electric kettle and tea/coffee in the room. I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Charlemagne.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to a main metro station and the tram station, making it easy to access transportation. the breakfast was delicious with a lovely setting and a great variety of options. We also appreciated the hotel's commitment to environmental consciousness.

We enjoyed sitting outside on the terrace and the buffet breakfast was delicious. our experience was enhanced by the quality of service and the attention to detail provided by the staff.

The common area had a piano and billiards, with classy music. The garden area was well decorated and amazing. The scrambled egg at breakfast was superb. The room and washroom cleanliness was great.
